Apple Pay Activation

Apple Pay is available as a payment method through SysPay. However, Apple Pay must be enabled on your merchant account before it can be used to process payments.

Prerequisite​

Before integrating Apple Pay with the SysPay API, merchants must request activation from SysPay.

Activation Process

  1. Contact your SysPay Account Manager.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Merchant name / SysPay account ID
    • Domain(s) that will be used for Apple Pay
  3. The SysPay Operations team will:
    • Enable the Apple Pay payment method on your merchant account
    • Configure the necessary backend settings
    • Confirm once the feature is available for your account.

To request Apple Pay activation, contact your SysPay account manager.

Important

Apple Pay transactions cannot be processed until the payment method has been enabled by SysPay Operations. Any attempt to use Apple Pay before activation will result in the payment method being unavailable.
