iDEAL payments

iDEAL payments are processed through the iDEAL 2.0 platform (payment method type IDEALWERO). On the sandbox environment, the customer is redirected to the iDEAL sandbox payment page, where a simulation issuer can be selected and the payment result (success, cancellation, expiry, failure) is chosen directly on the issuer simulation pages. Unlike the legacy IDEAL method, the payment amount does not determine the outcome.

Also note that iDEAL is not a recurring payment method, meaning that you will not be able to take further payments without having the customer inserting his bank details.
